Meet Ms. Mas Azura
Clinic Operations Manager / Pap Smear Nurse / Wound Nurse
With over 14 years of experience in the medical field, Ms Mas Azura brings a unique blend of leadership excellence and compassionate care to Athena Women’s Specialist. As Clinic Operations Manager, Pap Smear Nurse, and Wound Nurse, she oversees the clinic’s daily operations while delivering hands-on clinical care with precision and empathy. Her keen attention to detail and deep passion for women’s health ensure that every patient receives seamless, personalised care from the moment they walk through our doors.
A valued founding team member, Ms Mas Azura has played an integral role in cultivating a supportive and patient-centred environment where both patients and staff thrive. Her extensive healthcare experience, combined with a background in theatre, equips her with exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and a natural ability to connect meaningfully with others.
Under her guidance, the clinic operates like a well-rehearsed production — efficient yet warm, professional yet personal. She takes pride in mentoring her team to deliver care that reflects Athena’s motto: “Here For You. Every Step of the Way. Together.”
Beyond managing operations, Ms Mas Azura is often the reassuring presence patients remember — greeting them by name, offering a comforting drink, and providing clear explanations to ease anxieties. As she emphasises, “We’re not just providing medical care; we’re creating a safe space where women feel heard.”
She holds professional certifications in Wound Management in Nursing and is a certified Pap Smear Nurse. In addition, she is trained in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), phlebotomy, intravenous (IV) cannulation, and vaccine administration.
In addition to her operational and clinical leadership, she leads volunteer training for Athena’s outreach initiative, HPV SIMple, which introduces HPV self-sampling tests to the community.
When not ensuring clinic excellence, she recharges through meditation, travel, and quality time with family. Her message to patients reflects her philosophy of care:
“Your wellbeing is our priority. However complex your journey, we’re here to navigate it with you — with expertise, empathy, and unwavering support.”
Fun Fact: She is a proud tea-and-coffee enthusiast who loves offering patients a comforting drink to start their visit on a warm note.

For over 13 years, Ms Hidayah has been a dedicated and heart-centered nurse in women’s health, bringing both deep clinical expertise and genuine warmth to every patient she meets. Here in our clinic, you’ll find her providing not only expert care but also a comforting presence—someone who listens, explains, and supports you through each step of your visit.
Ms Hidayah is highly skilled in assisting with colposcopy procedures, where she combines precise clinical support with a gentle touch, always prioritizing your comfort, dignity, and peace of mind.
She is also trained in phlebotomy, making blood draws smooth and calm, and is certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), ensuring your safety is always protected.
A trusted partner to our doctors, Ms Hidayah helps ensure consultations and procedures flow smoothly, offering attentive, personalized care that makes you feel seen and cared for.
