At our clinic, we strive to provide high-quality, timely care to all our patients. To help us maintain this standard, we kindly ask for your support in keeping scheduled appointments.

When you book an appointment, you're reserving time specifically for your care-time that could otherwise be offered to another patient. If your plans change and you're unable to make your appointment, we'd greatly appreciate a call as soon as possible. This allows us to offer the slot to someone else in need of care.

How We Support You
SMS Appointment Reminders
We understand how easy it is to forget an appointment during a busy day. To help, we'll send you an SMS reminder-please take a moment to confirm your appointment by replying to the message.

If we don't receive your confirmation, we may need to schedule another patient in your time slot to ensure we can serve everyone efficiently. This helps us avoid delays and keeps things fair for all our patients.
Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
We know unexpected things come up! If you need to adjust your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your slot to another patient in need of care.

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or missed appointments may delay your consultation and/or treatment, as we may not be able to reschedule you right away. For first-time patients, a late cancellation could result in a double booking for your next visit, meaning we’ll prioritize patients who arrive on time.
Running Late? Let Us Know!
If you’re delayed, please give us a heads-up. Our doctor and us want to give you the best care possible, but if there isn’t enough time, we may need to reschedule. We truly appreciate your cooperation—it helps us serve you and others better!
