Dr Ida graduated from Glasgow University in 1997 and went on to achieve her specialist accreditation (MRCOG UK) in 2010. In 2023, she was honoured with the prestigious Fellowship of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG UK) in recognition of her contributions to obstetrics and gynaecology.
