Leading with intelligence, expertise, and compassion, Ms. Mas Azura and Ms. Thila Tan embody the values we hold dear—professionalism, kindness, and the strength of femininity. Together with Dr Ida Ismail-Pratt, they are dedicated to guiding you through every step of your health journey, ensuring a safe pregnancy and empowered well-being.

Meet Miss Mas Azura
Clinic Operations Manager
As our Clinic Operations Manager, Miss Mas Azura brings a unique blend of leadership excellence and compassionate care to Athena Women’s Specialist. With a keen eye for detail and a deep passion for women’s health, she oversees the clinic’s daily operations to ensure every patient receives seamless, personalized care from the moment they walk through our doors.
A founding team member, Miss Mas Azura has cultivated a supportive environment where both patients and staff thrive. With a background in theatre, she brings exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and a natural ability to connect with others into her leadership.
Under her guidance, the clinic operates like a well-rehearsed production, efficient yet warm, professional yet personal. She takes pride in mentoring staff to deliver care that reflects our motto: “Here For You. Every Step of the Way. Together.”
Beyond managing operations, Mas Azura is often the reassuring presence who remembers patients’ names, offers a comforting drink, or provides clear explanations to ease anxieties. “We’re not just providing medical care, we’re creating a safe space where women feel heard,” she emphasizes.
When not ensuring clinic excellence, she recharges through meditation, travel, and quality time with family. Her message to patients reflects her approach: “Your wellbeing is our priority. However complex your journey, we’re here to navigate it with you,with expertise, empathy, and unwavering support.”
Miss Mas Azura is certified in Wound Management in Nursing and is also a certified Pap Smear Nurse. She is additionally trained in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), phlebotomy, intravenous (IV) insertion, and vaccine injections.
She also leads volunteer training for Athena’s outreach initiative, HPV SIMple, which introduces HPV self-sampling tests to the community.
Fun Fact: She’s a tea-and-coffee enthusiast who loves offering patients a comforting drink to start their visit right.
Miss Thila Tan
Clinic Assistant
With a warm smile and a heart full of kindness, Miss Thila Tan is one of the friendly faces you’ll meet at Athena Women’s Specialist. As a dedicated clinic assistant, she handles patient enquiries, registration, and assists doctors with clinical procedures—all while ensuring every woman feels welcomed and supported.

Miss Thila brings both professionalism and genuine care to her role. Skilled in phlebotomy and assisting with procedures like colposcopies and biopsies, she takes pride in making patients feel at ease. "A simple smile, a listening ear, or even offering a drink can go a long way," she says. As a mother herself, she understands the emotional journey many patients face and loves encouraging expectant mums with her own experiences.
Outside the clinic, Thila enjoys hiking, exploring local eateries, and beach walks with her son. Her fun-loving yet deeply compassionate nature shines through in her work. "We’re not just here to treat you—we’re here to walk beside you," she shares, embodying Athena’s motto: "Here For You. Every Step of the Way. Together."

Meet Hidayah, Your Compassionate Women’s Health Nurse
For over 13 years, Hidayah has been a dedicated and heart-centered nurse in women’s health, bringing both deep clinical expertise and genuine warmth to every patient she meets. Here in our clinic, you’ll find her providing not only expert care but also a comforting presence—someone who listens, explains, and supports you through each step of your visit.
Hidayah is highly skilled in assisting with colposcopy procedures, where she combines precise clinical support with a gentle touch, always prioritizing your comfort, dignity, and peace of mind.
She is also trained in phlebotomy, making blood draws smooth and calm, and is certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), ensuring your safety is always protected.
A trusted partner to our doctors, Hidayah helps ensure consultations and procedures flow smoothly, offering attentive, personalized care that makes you feel seen and cared for. Beyond the clinic, she channels her passion for women’s wellness into community outreach as a core member of our HPV Simple initiative—empowering women with knowledge and access to HPV self-sampling.
When she’s not caring for patients, Hidayah enjoys staying active with her four children, whether it’s an evening jog or a roller-skating adventure. Her nurturing spirit extends both in and out of the clinic, and we’re so grateful to have her as part of your care team.
